RESOLUTION 2000 - 35
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A PURCHASE
AGREEMENT AND OPTION AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF PROPERTY TO
SCHWIETERS CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, Schwieters Construction has requested that the City enter into a purchase
agreement and option agreement with Schwieters Construction for property legally
described as follows:
Outlot A, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 3`d Addition
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Development District Act, the City has
established Development District No. 1, which boundaries are contiguous with the City's
corporate limits, for the purpose of promoting commercial and industrial development
with the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into purchase and option agreements with various
businesses to sell or otherwise make available lots for development within the plat
generally known as the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign a purchase agreement and option for Outlot A, Bald Eagle
Industrial Park 3'd Addition, as contained in the draft agreements dated 2000
ADOPTED by the City Council this 18th day of September 2000.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Hugo,
