A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PLANS ANDSPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE PELOQUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK P.I. PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council fixed a date of October 2, 2000 for a hearing on the proposed
improvement of the Peloquin Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was
given, and the hearing was held thereon the October 2, 2000, at which time all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
Oct. 2, 2000.
2. Dave Mitchell, of SEH, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman
Voting Nay: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 2°d day of October, 2000.
