RESOLUTION 2000 - 39
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR NORTH
SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR ONEKA LAKE VIEW NORTH FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 150TH STREET AND WEST OF GLEENBROOK
WAY
WHEREAS, North Suburban Development has requested approval of a final plat and
development agreement for Oneka Lake View North to allow the creation of 28
townhome lots on property legally described as follows:
Oneka Lake View, Outlot A
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the final plat and finds that it is consistent
with the approved preliminary plat for Oneka Lake View, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the development agreement and finds that it
is consistent with the City's policies and ordinances regarding the review of plats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final
plat and development agreement for North Suburban Development on property located
north of 150a` Street and west of Gleenbrook Way, subject to the following conditions:
1. A final plat and development agreement is approved for Oneka Lake View North, in
accordance with the plat prepared by Caine & Associates Land Surveyors, except as
amended by this resolution.
2. The applicant shall submit revised plans in conformance with the City Engineers
letter dated September 28, 2000.
3. The applicant shall obtain approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District prior to
the City releasing the plat for recording.
