Resolution recognizing Debra Barnes for her years of public service to the
City of Hugo, Minnesota.
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes served on the Hugo Planning Commission from
January, 1988 to October 1991; and
WHEREAS,'
Debra Barnes served'on the Hugo City Council from October 21,
1991 to December 31, 2000; and
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes served on the Board of Zoning -Adjustments from
May, 1990 to December, 1993; and
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes served on the Dog Ordinance Committee in 1995;
and
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes served as the Council Representative to the Fire Hall
Building Committee in 1996; and
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes served on the committee to establish road
improvement criteria in 1999; and
WHEREAS,
Debra Barnes has been an active citizen involved in many of the
City projects which have improved the community; and
WHEREAS,
The Hugo City Council wishes to formally recognize Debra Barnes
for her loyalty and 13 years of dedicated service to the citizens of
Hugo.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo officially recognize
Debra Barnes for her meritorious service as a member of the Hugo Planning Commission
and the Hugo City Council and publicly thank her for her 13 years of dedicated service to
the City of Hugo.
