RESOLUTION 2000 - 55
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR OAKWOOD
LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. FOR BEAVER PONDS 4f ADDITION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 130 STREET AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 61
WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development has requested approval of a final plat and
development agreement for Beaver Ponds 0 Addition to allow the creation of 16
twinhome lots on property legally described as follows:
Beaver Ponds 5`h Addition, Outlot B
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the final plat and finds that it is consistent
with the approved preliminary plat for Beaver Ponds 0 Addition, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the development agreement and finds that it
is consistent with the City's policies and ordinances regarding the review of plats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final
plat and development agreement for Oakwood Land Development on property located
south of 13e Street and east of Highway 61, subject to the following conditions:
1. A final plat and development agreement is approved for Beaver Ponds 0 Addition,
in accordance with the plat prepared by Passe Engineering and received by the City
on September 8, 2000, except as amended by this resolution.
2. This resolution approves a sixth and final phase for Beaver Ponds 4a' Addition, Outlot
A.
