A RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID
STREET SYSTEM DESIGNATION FOR THE CITY OF HUGO
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated a Municipal State Aid Street System by
Resolution 1994-23 with the City of Hugo; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer, and has
approved revisions to certain street segments of the Municipal State Aid Street System;
NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Mnnesota, as follows:
1. Goodview Avenue North, from CSAH 8 to 145th Street North (MSA Segment 224-
103-020) be removed from the Municipal State Aid Street System.
2. Goodview Avenue North, from 145th Street North to Oneka Lake Boulevard (MSA
Segment 224-103-030) be removed from the Municipal State Aid Street System.
3. 132nd Street North, from Goodview Avenue North to CSAH 8 be designated as a
Municipal State Aid Street.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Where upon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19th day of April, 1999.
