A RESOLUTION RECEIVING A REPORT AND CALLING
FOR A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS OF FENWAY BOULEVARD
AND CONSIDER MAKING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR
SAID IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Council directed the City Engineer to prepare a feasibility report
at its November 17th, 1997 meeting, a report has been prepared by OSM and
Associate�,i—Sference to the improvement of Fenway Boulevard, between
130th Street North and 142nd Street North, specifically, street, municipal sewer
and sanitary sewer, and that report was received by the Council on January 20,
1998.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,972,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th
day of February, 1998 in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:05PM, and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement, as required by law.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Warren Arcand, Debra
Barnes, Andrew Goiffon, James Leroux, Fran Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 20th day of
January, 1998
