A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
1. Public Hearing: This Council shall meet on July 20, 1998, at approximately 6:30PM,
to hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of a Redevelopment Plan and the
establishment of a Redevelopment Project Area, pursuant to and in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.028, as amended.
2. Ratification of Notice of Hearin -"din of Plan. The City Clerk is authorized and
directed to publish notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as
Exhibit A, once not less than 10 or nor more than 30 days prior to the hearing. The
City Clerk is hereby authorized to place a copy of the proposed Redevelopment Plan
on file in the City Clerk's office at City Hall, and to make such copies available for
inspection by the public.
Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of June, 1998.
