A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FRANCESCA
AVENUE EVIPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a hearing on June 15, 1998, for the
proposed improvement of Francesca Avenue, north of 148th Street, and south of the
Twin Pine Trailer Park's south property line, by replacement of the existing bituminous
surface; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held on July 6, 1998, at which time all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to heard thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer presented quotes for the mill and overlay of the
street;
NOW THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, MINNESOTA: That the City accepts the low bid of $17,814 from North Valley,
Inc., and orders the improvement of Francesca. Avenue.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Arcand, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1998.
