RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
FOREST BOULEVARD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Forest Boulevard from the north
edge of parcel number 17-031-21-12-0004 to the south edge of 152nd Street by the
extension of municipal water and sanitary sewer, filed with council on December 15,
1998, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the city engineer and that person is instructed to
report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Arcand, Leroux, Goiffon,
and Miron.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21st day of December,
1998.
