A RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
SYSTEM DESIGNATION FOR THE CITY OF HUGO
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated a Municipal State Aid Street System
by Resolution 1994-23 within the City of Hugo; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer
and has approved revisions to certain street segments of the Municipal State Aid
Street System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. Everton Avenue North, from CSAH 8 to T.H. 61(MSAS segment 224-101-
010), be removed from the Municipal State Aid Street System.
2. 130th Street North, from Falcon Avenue North to T.H. 61, be designated as a
Municipal State Aid Street.
3. 140th Street North, from Fenway Avenue North to T.H. 61, be designated as a
Municipal State Aid Street.
4. Fenway Boulevard, from 130th Street North to 140th Street North, be
designated as a Municipal State Aid Street.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Andrew Goiffon, Debi
Johnson, James Leroux, Fran h4iron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of
January, 1997.
