Upon roll call, the following voting AYE: Debra Barnes, Andrew Goiffon, Debi
V1 Johnson, James Leroux, Fran Miron
A RESOLUTION VACATING A ROADWAY EASEMENT AS PER
PETITION OF WILSON TOOL INTERNATIONAL
WHEREAS, there was presented to the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, a verified petition signed by Thomas W. Emery,
representing Wilson Tool International, requesting the vacation of the roadway
easement described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having deemed it expedient that the matter of said
petition be filed with its City Clerk, and that a hearing thereon be held in the a 0
Council chambers of the City Hall on January 21, 1997, at 7:05PK and that the I
City Clerk give notice of hearing as provided in Minnesota Statute, and
WHEREAS, the City Council being satisfied that due notice of said hearing has
been given as provided by law, and after due investigation and consideration of
said petition and the testimony in support thereof; there being no appearance and
opposition thereto, and being satisfied that said petition should be granted; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following
dedicated public right-of-way is vacated and discontinued to -wit: That part of
128th Street North, according to the plat of BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL
PARK, on file in the office of the County Recorder, said Washington County, from
the westerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad to the southerly extension of
the easterly line of Farnham Avenue North, and from the southerly extension of the
westerly line of Farnham Avenue North to the southerly extension of the easterly
line of Falcon Avenue North.
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed an ed this 21 st day January,
1997.
