A RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE/UTII.dTY
EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 21, BLOCK 1
IN THE ONEKA LAKES 2ND ADDITION SUBD
WHEREAS, there was presented to the Hugo City Council a petition signed by Michael
R. Wilke, requesting the vacation of the dramage/utility easement described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having deemed it expedient that the matter of said petition
be filed with its City Clerk, and that a hearing was held on July 7, 1997, in the Council
chambers of the City Hall at 7:05PK and that the City Clerk give notice of hearing as
provided in Minnesota Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council being satisfied that due notice of said hearing was given as
provided by law, and after due investigation and consideration of said petition, there being
no appearance and opposition, and being satisfied that said petition should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following described
drainagetutility easement is vacated and discontinued to -with: That part of the
drainage/utility easement dedicated on Lot 2, Block 1, Oneka Estates 2nd Addition,
according to said plat on file of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Washington
County, Minnesota described as follows: The Southwesterly 25.00 feet of the
Northeasterly 55.0 feet of said Lot 2, except the Northwesterly 5.00 feet and also except
the Southeasterly 5.00 feet.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron
Voting NAY: Debi Johnson
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed opted this 71h day of July, 1997.
