HomeMy WebLinkAbout1997.10.06 RESO 1997-0020t RESOLUTION 1997-20 RESOLUTION DECLARING UNPAID UTILITY BILLS BE PLACED ON THE TAX ROLLS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the attached utility bills be declared unpaid and that said bills be placed on the tax rolls as liens against the properties identified therein and collected pursuant to the procedures outlined in the municipal code. Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux and Miron. Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of October, 1997.
