A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS
FOR THE HARDWOOD CREEK TRAIL IN THE CITY
OF HUGO BETWEEN 140TH AND 180TH STREETS
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 82-590-01 showing proposed
alignment, profiles, and grades, and cross-sections for the construction, re-
construction, or improvement of the Hardwood Creek Trail within the limits
of the City of Hugo as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented
to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things
approved.
Upon roll call,. the. following members voting AYE: Warren Arcand, Andrew
Goiffon, James Leroux, Fran Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 15th day of
December, 1997.
