RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYABLE 1997
PRELIMINARY LEVY CERTIFICATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the City Finance Director is
hereby directed to certify to the Washington County Auditor -
Treasurer the following sums of money, levied for the current
year, payable in 1997, upon the taxable property in the City of
Hugo, in an amount necessary to keep the City urban and rural tax
rates equal to Payable 1996 tax rates.
General Revenue $ 799,514
1988 CIP Bonds 65,889
1990 IPC Bonds 38,555
1991 IMP Bonds 83,823
Debt Service Reserve 22,550
Total Certified Levy $1,010,331
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Payable 1997 Truth in Taxation
Hearing be held on December 16, 1996, at 7:00 pm.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Agness, Barnes,
Goiffon, Leroux and Miron.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 3rd
day of September, 1996.
