A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR PROJECT NO. SP4M90-01
FOR THE HARDWOOD CREEK TRAIL
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 82-590-01 showing the proposed alit,
profiles, glades, and cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction, or improvement
of the Hardwood Creek Trail within the limits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have
bees prepared and presented to the City of Hugo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Agness, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux,
Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and approved this 2nd day of Dooember,
1996.
