'V ti J w �i RESOLUTION 95-4 RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAMES IN ONERA ESTATES SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted the Uniform Street Naming and Property Numbering System for Washington County by ordinance, and WHEREAS, The City has approved the Oneka Estates Subdivision, recorded by,the Washington County Recorder as document #832208 on the 16th day of February, 1995, at 3:41 p.m., and WHEREAS, the Oneka Estates Subdivision, as approved and recorded, has certain streets named "Finale Avenue" and "Fitzgerald Avenue", which are not in conformance with the City's Uniform Street Naming System, and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of public safety and convenience to maintain a consistent street -naming system to insure prompt response of emergency vehicles, when such is necessary, and to aid the public in commercial and social activities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the name of that street recorded as "Finale Avenue", located in the Oneka Estates Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, MN., be changed to "Ferrara Avenue" and that the name of that street recorded as "Fitzgerald.Avenue", located in the Oneka Estates Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, MN., 3e changed to "Finale Avenue" in accordance with the City's Uniform Street Naming System.
