WHEREAS, plans for County Project No. 94-8503, showing proposed
alignment.
. profiles, grads and cross-sections for the improvement of
County Highway No. BA, within the limits of the City, as a County Project
have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: That said plans be in all things approved.
Council member voting AYE: Debra Barnes. Andrew Goiffonv Marvin LaValle,
James Leroux, Fran Miron
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 1st day of
May. 1995.
