RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYABLE 1996
PROPOSED LEVY CERTIFICATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be
levied for the current year, payable in 1996, upon the taxable
property in the City of Hugo, and certified to the Washington
County Auditor -Treasurer for collection:
General Revenue $ 709,471
1988 CIP Bonds 63,298
1990 IPC Bonds 30,269
1991 IMP Bonds 84,812
Debt Service Reserve 9,082
Total Certified Levy $ 896,932
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Payable 1996 Truth in Taxation
Hearing be scheduled for December 13, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. and be
continued, if necessary, on December 20, 1995, at 7:00 p.m.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Leroux,
Goiffon, LaValle, and Miron.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this
11th day of September, 1995.
