ARESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
(0AKSHORE PARK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 6,
1995, a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Tom Angus, with
reference to the improvement of real property abutting on the west side of
Exhall Avenue North, from the north line of Qakshore Park Subdivision to
the intersection with 126th Street North, on 126th Street North, from the
intersection with Exhall Avenue North, west to the intersection with Ethan
Avenue North, on 126th Street Court North, from the intersection with
126th Street North, south to the southern point of the cul-de-sac, and on
Ethan Avenue North, from the north line of 0akshore Park Subdivision south
to the south line of Qakshore Park Subdivision, and Europa Avenue, from
126th Street to the south lime of the Oakshore Park subdivision, and Ethan
Avenue, south to the intersection of 122nd Street and Everton Avenue, by
the extension of municipal water mains, water service lines, sanitary
sewer mains, sanitary sewer service lines, reconstruction of streets, curb
and gutter, and storm sewer, and this report was received by the Council
on November 20, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement of the 0th
day of January, 1996, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:00
PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of -such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Upon roll call, following members voting AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle,
Leroux, Miron
Voting MAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 20th day of
November, 1995.
