HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994.03.21 RESO 1994-0005RESOLUTION 94-5 At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, held on the 21st day of March, 1994, the following Resolution was offered by Jim Leroux; seconded by Debra Barnes, to wit: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 1, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 61, within the corporate limits of the City of Hugo, from the So. Corp. limits to the No. Corp. limits; and seeks the approval thereof; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. Upon the call of the roll, the following Council members voted in favor of the Resolution: Debra Barnes, Bernard Brunotte, James Leroux, Fran Miron, Walter Stoltzman; and the following Council members voted against the adoption of the Resolution: NONE Whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21st of March, 1994.
