RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL LIGHT AT HIGHWAY 61 AND
COUNTY ROAD NO. 8
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into an Agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following
purposes, to wit:
To install a new traffic control signal with street
lights on Trunk Highway No. 61 at County State Aid
Highway No. 8 (145th Street North) in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 71820, a copy of which was before the
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and
hereby are authorized to execute such Agreement, and thereby assume for
and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained
therein.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE:
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 18th day of
April, 1994.
