RESOLUTION 94-10
RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAME IWTHE COUNTRY PONDS SUBD.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted the Uniform Street Naming and
Property Numbering System for Washington County by ordinancev and
WHEREAS, the City has approved the Country Ponds Subdivision,
recorded by the Washington County Recorder as document #003257 on the 6th
day of June, 19941, at 1:29 PM, and
WHEREAS, the Country Ponds Subdivision, as approved and recorded, had
a certain street named "136th Street". which is not in conformance with
the City's Uniform Street Naming System. and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of public safety and convenience
to maintain a consistent street -naming system to insure prompt response of
emergency vehicles, when such is necessary, and to aid the public in
commercial and social activities;
NOW» THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL QFTHE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COQNlFY, MINNESOTA, That the name of that street recorded as
"136th Street", located in the Country Ponds Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, T31N, R21W,
Washington County, MW., be changed to "134th Street" in accordance with
the City's Uniform Street Naming System.
Upon roll call, voting AYE: Debra Barnes.. Bernard Brunotte, James Leroux,
Fran Miron. Walter Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of
July, 1994.
