RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY OF HUGO TO SUBMIT A
REVISED COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN TO THE METRO COUNCIL
ON OR BEFORE MAY 1, 1995.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act, Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 473.175, 473.851 et seq., requires the City of Hugo to prepare and
adopt a Comprehensive Municipal Plan, and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Council's Water Resource Development Guide
requires the City prepare a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Comprehensive Sewer Plan,
and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Council has requested the City's
Comprehensive Sewer Plan, and
WHEREAS, The City of Hugo is currently revising its Comprehensive
Plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUG8,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That it will provide the Metropolitan
Council a revised Comprehensive Municipal Plan, including a Tier 1 and
Tier 2 Comprehensive Sewer Plan on or before May 1, 1995.
Upon roll call, voting AYE: Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 15th day of
August, 1994.
