A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF HUGO
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that
the City Council designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to
comprise a municipal state aid street system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City
Engineer and has approved certain streets within the City to become a part
of said system;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That the schedule entitled "Proposed M.S.A. Street System, City
of Hugo," attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A, is hereby
designated as Hugo's Municipal State Aid Street System.
(2) That the City Administrator provide a certified copy of this
Resolution, together with the attached Schedule A, for transmittal to the
Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
Upon roll the following members voting AYE: Bernard Brunotte, James
Leroux, Fran Miron, Walter Stoltzman
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of
December, 1994.
