RESOLUTION APPROVING FEES FOR LICENSES,
PERMITS, APPLICATIONS, AND OTHER CITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Ordinance 1987-242 of the Hugo Municipal
Code, license fees for all required in the Code, and for permits or
services allowed to be cjranted by the Code shall be adopted by
resolution of the Council, which resolution bearing the effective date
thereof, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerks and as
an Appendix to the Code, such fees when so adopted shall be uniformly
enforced; and
WHEREAS, a listing of said fees for licenses, permits,
applications, and other city services, as adopted by the Council, shall
be in effect until amended and revised by subsequent resolution; and
WHEREAS said fees shall be effective on the date set forth herein
and as contained in this resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County Minnesota, that the following fees for licenses,
permits, applications, and other city services be established effective
January 1, 1995, as follows:
On -sale liquor application fee*
Off -sale liquor application fee*
On -sale liquor license (annual)
Off -sale liquor license (annual)
Club liquor license (annual)
Sunday on -sale liquor license (annual)
Bottle club permit (annual)
On -sale beer license (annual)
Off -sale beer license (annual)
Off -sale beer license (daily)
