BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 130th Street from the west line of Falcon Avenue to the east line of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way on Farnham Avenue from the north line of 130th Street to the north line of 128th Street, filed with the Council on March 30, 1993, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement, as recommended. Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman Voting NAY: None Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of April, 1993.
