RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY GRACE PERIOD FOR
CONTRACTOR LICENSING
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Building contractors, who have not secured the appropriate State
license for operating in the City of Hugo by January 1. 1992, may
secure building permits, at the discretion of the Building Inspector,
while the State licensing process is in progress.
2. This grace period, approved by the City Council, shall expire May Is
1992.
3. Unlicensed contractors applying for a building permit shall be issued
same by the City Building Inspector, and shall make application for a
license with the State of Minnesota, at that time, or supply
documentation that the required licensing is in progress.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes,, Brunotte,
Jesinski, Miron, Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21st day of
January, 1992.
