RESOLUTION ABATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, As follows:
1. The application for abatement of a special assessment
payable in 1992 in the amount of $742.56 against Outlot A,
Block 2, Evergreen Hills 2nd Addition, is hereby approved as
submitted by the property owner.
2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to send a certified copy
of this resolution to the Washington County Auditor -
Treasurer for further action by the Washington County Board
of Commissioners.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes,
Jesinski, Brunotte, Miron and Stoltzman.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this
16th day of March, 1992.
