| RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
| AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Mipnesota, as follows:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Henna Avenue between
the sotith line of 180th Street and the north line of 170th Street, by
the improvement of bituminous surfacing and related improvements,
filed with the Council on March 16, 1992, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statute,
Sectiori 429.035.
2. The peition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and
he is nstructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed,
advisi g the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improv ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as
proposTd or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte,
niron, Sro rzman
Voting NAYi Mone
Whereupon aid resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of
April, 199;.
