RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR HENNA AVENUE FROM 170TH STREET, NORTH TO 180TH STREET
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #4-6-92
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 6, 1992,
a report has been prepared by Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, with
reference to the improvement of Henna Avenue, north from 170th Street to
the south side of 180th Street, by the improvement of street surfacing,
and this report was received by the Council on May 4, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $2009000.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1st
day of June, 1992, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:05
PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement, as required by law.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte,
Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
Voting MAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 4th day of
May, 1992.
