RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT OF HENNA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of April
1992, fixed a date for a Coun�il hearing on the proposed improvement of
Henna Ave., from 170th St. North to the south side of 180th Street by the
construction of bituminous surfacing, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 1st day of
June, 1992, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given and
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted the 6th day of April, 1992.
2. Howard Kuusisto, P.E. is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.

Whereupon said resolution was declared and passed this 15th day of June,
