RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION, ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT, AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN ROAD IN
THE OAKSHORE PARK SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Ethan Avenue, from a
point approximately 742 ft south of the southern boundary of 126th
Street, north to a point approximately 541 ft north of the northern
boundary of 126th Street North, and 126th Street North, from Ethan
Avenue north to the eastern boundary of Falcon Avenue North, and
Europa Avenue, north from a point approximately 988 ft south of the
south line of 126th Street North to 126th Street North, and 126th
Street Court North in its entirety, by the improvement of bituminous
surfacing, and installation of City water and sewer, filed with the
Council on July 6, 1992, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformity with Minnesota Statute, Section
429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and
he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed,
advising the Council.in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement, as recommended.
3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd
day of August, 1992, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:05
PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvementv as required by law.

Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of
July, 1992.
