RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REDUCTION
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LEVY NO. 85290
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo as
follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1991-18
authorizing the levy of special assessments to benefitted property
for the Capital Improvement Project - Phase 2, and
WHEREAS, the property owner of parcel no. 93033-2100 legally
described as the East i of the Northeast i of Section 33, Range 31,
Township 21, Washington County, Minnesota appealed the assessment,
and
WHEREAS, an acceptable settlement has been reached in
connection with said appeal whereby the assessment will be reduced
by $2,750.00 from $6,607.25 to $3,857.25, and
WHEREAS, the City hereby determines that the reduction of the
assessment in settlement of the appeal is in the best interests of
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the assessments be reduced in the following amount
as they apply to each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread in
accordance with the terms of Levy No. 85290
3. That the City Administrator and his. staff are hereby
authorized to take all necessary steps to amend the
assessment roll for Levy No. 85290 in conformance with
the terms of this Resolution.
