RESOLUTION 1992-32
RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAME IN THE RICE LAKE MEADOWS SURD.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted the Uniform Street Naming and
Property Numbering System for Washington County by ordinance. and
WHEREAS, the City has approved the Rice Lake Meadows Subdivision,
recorded by the Washington County Recorder as document #705590 on the 4th
day of August, 1992, at 1:51 PM, and
WHEREAS, the Rice Lake Meadows Subdivision, as approved and recorded,
*')had a certain street named "Martin Avenue", which is not in conformance
.with the City's Uniform Street Naming System, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of public safety and convenience
to maintain a consistent street -naming system to insure prompt response of
-�-emergency vehicles,
when such is necessary, and to aid the public in
.commercial and social activities;
,-.NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
-WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,, That the name of that street recorded as
"Martin Avenue", located in the Rice Lake Meadows Subdivision in the SE
1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, MN., be
changed to "Glenbrook Avenue" in accordance with the City's Uniform Street
Naming System.
Upon roll call, voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of
November, 1992.
