RESOLUTION APPROVING REDISTRICTING FOR ESTABLISHMENT
OF MUNICIPAL WARD AND PRECINCT BOUNDARIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Redistricting Plan °1992-A"^ identifying revised ward and precinct
boundaries for the City of Hugo, be in and hereby is adopted,
effective February 1, 1992.
2. A copy of said redistricting map, attached hereto, shall be the
official redistricting plan for the City of Hugo, effective February
1, 1992.
3. Redistricting Plan °1992-A° shall be posted in the office of the City
Clerk, from November 20, 1991 to January 31, 1992.
4. Approval shall be in conformance with the Washington County
redistricting plan.
5. Redistricting shall be made pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Chapters
200 to 211B, and Minnesota Rules, Chapters 8200 to 8250.
Upon roll call, Council members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Jesinski,
Miron, Stoltzman
VOTING NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19th day of
November, 1991.
