RESOLUTION REVIEWING AND CLARIFYING PROVISIONS OF
THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN KEN HUBER
AND THE CITY OF HUG8
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota
hereby ordains:
1. The City will pay medical, life, and dental insurance up to $350.00
per month, effective Januar)/ 1, 1990.
2. The City Administrator is encouraged, but not required, to complete an
annual physical examination at a medical facility of his choice, and
the City will pay up to $400.00 per year if such coverage is not
provided in the insurance purhased for the Administrator. All medical
data and records are private, and will not be submitted to or
requested by the City.
3. The $3,000.00 deferred compensation plan for the City Administrator
includes payment, by the City, of all related FICA and PERA costs.
The City Clerk is directed to pay these costs in addition to the
$3,000.00.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE:
Jesinski, Bob Olson, and George Atkinson
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed
