A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MNDOT PARTICIPATION FOR
SIDEWALK AND CURB/GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS ON TRUNK HIGHWAY 61.
WHEREAS, In 1986, the Minnesota Department of Transportation
established priorities for state highway funding projects, and
WHEREAS, the District 9, Twenty (20) year plan calls for the
improvement of Trunk Highway 61 through the City of Hugo in the near
future, and
WHEREAS, the sidewalk and curb/gutter on the east side of Highway 61,
between 147th St. and 142nd St., are in need of replacement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, hereby requests that assistance be provided
by the Minnesota Department of Transportation to replace the sidewalk and
curb/gutter on the east side of Highway 61 from 147th 8t. to 142nd St. at
such time as the Highway 61 Project is funded.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE: McAllister, Jesinski, Olson, Vail,
Atkinson
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of
July, 1990.
