RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
FOR PHASE 2 CIP #1990-1
WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve 125th Street, from Goodview Avenue
east to Homestead Drive; 132nd Street, from Goodview Avenue east to County
Road 8A; Ingersoll Avenue, from 180th Street south to 170th Street;
Homestead Avenue, from 132nd Street north to 147th Street; Henna Avenue,
from 132nd Street south to Hilo Avenue; Hilo Avenue, from Henna Avenue
south to 125th Street, by the installation of bituminous surfacing and
related improvements, and to assess the benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, Howard
Kuusisto, for study, and that he is instructed to report to the Council,
with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE:
