RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
FOR PHASE 2 CIP #1990-1
WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve Inwood Avenue from 180th Street
south to 175th Street, 175th Street from Inwood Avenue west to Ingersoll
Avenue, 130th Street from County State Aid Highway #8A west to Irish
Avenue, and Irish Avenue from 130th Street south to County State Aid
Highway #7, by the installation of bituminous surfacing and related
improvements, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of
the cost of improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, Howard
Kuusisto, for study, and that he is instructed to report to the Council,
with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: McAllister, Olson,
Jesinski, Vail, Atkinson
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared
