RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
REGULATORY AND SAFETY SIGNS
BE IT RESOLVED BY The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, that the following signs are authorized and be
installed as recommended:
A. Neighborhood Watch Signs -
1.
Westbound
126th
Street
at
Exhall
Avenue

Eastbound
126th
Street
at
Ethan
Avenue
3.
Northbound
Ethan
Avenue
at
122nd
Street
4.
Southbound
Ethan
Avenue
at
129th
Street

Eastbound

Street

Falcon
Avenue
B. Traffic Regulatory Signs -
1. 30 mph speed limit signs be installed on 126th Street, east of
Ethan Avenue, and 126th Street Court, and Europa Avenue North.
2. 45 mph speed limit signs on Harrow Ave from 157th to 165th St.
C. Traffic Safety Signs -
1. A "T" intersection sign at eastbound 157th Street on the east side
of Ingersoll Avenue.
2. Repair or replace "T" intersection sign at southbound Elmcrest
Avenue at 129th Street on the south side of 129th Street.
3. On 165th Street, east of Highway 61, replace the "Side Road"
(W2-2) from left sign and install "No Passing Zone" (W14-3) signs.
4. Replace stop sign at the north end of Harrow Avenue.
5. Oneka Lake Blvd.: The "Winding Road" signs (W1 -5K) installed at
the ends of this road should be replaced with curve signs as shown
on the attached map.
6. A "Pavement Ends" sign (W8-3) near 157th St on 8neka Lake Blvd.
7. Install "No Passing Zone" signs (W14-3) as recommended.
8. Goodview Avenue: The "Winding Road" sign (W1 -5R) be replaced with
individual turn and curve signs with advisory speed
plates as shown on the attached map.
9. A "Pavement Ends" sign (W8-3) at the south end of Goodview Avenue.
10. "No Passing Zone" signs (W14-3) on Goodview Ave.
11. 130th Street, between Highway 61 and Goodview Avenue: Move the
"Speed Limit 50" sign facing westbound traffic westerly past the
curve that are advised for 45 mph.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Olson, Jesinski, Vail,
McAllister, Atkinson
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declaseo
