RESOLUTION SETTING 1991 SALARIES FOR REGULAR
AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, that the salaries for regular and
part-time employees be set for the fiscal year beginning January
1, 1991:
City Administrator*

City Clerk/Treasurer

*In addition to a $3,000 contribution to an approved deferred
compensation plan after January 1, 1991.
**Requires attendance at 75: of meetings and drills.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in lieu of a base salary
increase the City Code Enforcement Officer be provided with a
$125.00/month automobile allowance and a $10,000 term life
insurance policy effective January 1st, 1991. Interns receive a
$100.00/month automobile allowance. Reimbursement for use of
personal automobile for city business to be fixed at $0.24/mile.
Unless otherwise provided, the city shall pay 100% of employee
health and dental insurance coverage and 95% of said coverage for
dependents of regular full-time employees.
