RESOLUTION REVIEWING EMPLOYEE'S PERFORMANCE AND ESTABLISHING
SALARY FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
WHEREAS, Section 4B of the city administrator's contract calls for
periodic review of employee's performance, and
WHEREAS, The city administrator has renewed his contract with the City
of Hugo for the period beginning November 17, 1988 through July 1,
1990, and
WHEREAS, The City Council is desirous of reviewing the performance and
adjusting the salary of the city administrator as required under
Section 4B of the contract, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed and discussed the performance
of the city administrator and finds said performance to be outstanding
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the salary and automobile allowance
adjustment for the city administrator be effective for the pay period
beginning January 1, 1989 as follows:
1. The City agrees to pay employee for services rendered pursuant to the
contract an annual salary of $42,000 payable in installments at the
same time as other employees of the City are paid.
2. Employee will be compensated at the rate of $225.00 per month for
vehicle allowance subject to the conditions in Section 6 of the
employment agreement.
