RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE STATE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTION TO REVIEW
AND RECOMMEND SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN ROADWAYS IN THE CITY OF HUGO.
WHEREAS, the Hugo City Council is desirous of establishing speed
limits on roadways in the City of Hugo effected by the City's Capital
Improvement Program Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Hugo, Washington County,
Minnesota:
That said Council hereby requests the Minnesota Commissioner of
Transportation to review and recommend speed limits on the following
roadways in the City of Hugo:
1. 177th St. from Highway 61 to Greystone Ave.
2. 165th St. from Highway 61 to Ingersoll Avenue, and Ingersoll Avenue
from 165th St. North to County Rd. 4.
3. Oneka Lake Blvd. from Highway 61 to Harrow Avenue, and Harrow Avenue
from Oneka Lake Blvd. north to 165th St.
4. Falcon Avenue from 120th Street north to the end of Falcon Ct.
5. 130th Street from Highway 61 to Goodview Ave.
6. Goodview Avenue from County Rd. 8A south to the City's corporate
limits.
7. Hyde Avenue from 147th Street to County Rd. 8A.
Upon roll call, Council members voting AYE: McAllister, Jesinski, Olson,
Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call, Council members voting NAY: NONE
