RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUANCE OF
VARIANCE FROM CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.
1989-256v CHAPTER 263 OF THE HUGO MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, The City of Hugo has adopted stringent regulations with
regard to the installation of individual on-site septic systems, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to provide for certain acceptions to said
ordinance when suitable, technical information has been provided by
qualified individuals:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGOO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the City Code Enforcement Officer be,,
and hereby, is authorized to issue administrative variances from various
sections of Chapter 263 of the municipal code as follows:
1. Section 501.02 (7) - A 12 month required settling period for fill as
referenced herein may be waived upon receipt of acceptable technical
information.
2. Section 502.02 (2-F) - The City Code Enforcement Officer may grant a
variance of up to 12" with regard to the minimum amount of existing
soil required for installation of mound systems.
Upon roll call the following members voted AYE: Mike McAllister, Tom
Jesinski, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed -11,d adoptedthisi16th day of
