RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS FOR SALE
OF EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the city treasurer and city administrator be and
hereby are authorized to secure sealed quotations for the sale of $60sOOO
in equipment certificates of indebtedness for the purchase of equipment in
the city's public safety department as per Minnesota Statutes 412.301, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED*, That the city treasurer set the date for
securing of said quotations based on market conditions that will make
interest rates most favorable for the City of Hugo.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Theodora Peltier, Arthur
Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 19TH DAY OF JANUARY,.1998.
