RESOLUTION APPROVING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR WILL HARRIS
INVESTMENTS, INC,, DBA THE TEXAN BAR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGOv WASHINGTON
COUNTY9 MINNESOTA;, That the City Council approves an on sale liquor, on
sale Sunday liquor, and off sale liquor licenses to Will Harris
Investmentss Inc., DBA The Texan Bar subject to proper insurance and
bonds, and payment of delinquent taxes.
Upon roll call the following members voted AYE: Theodora Peltier, Arthur
Pattss Robert Olsons Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Upon roll call the following members voted NAY: NONE
