RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR 120TH ST.
(COUNTY RD. J) PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER P.I. 88-1.
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted February 16, 1988,
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of 120th
St. from T.H. Highway 61 to a point approximately 1.06 miles to the east
by the improvement of street surfacing and related improvements, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and 2 weeks published notice of the
hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of
-March, 1988 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HU604
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted December 21, 1987.
2. Robert E. Toddie is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement as directed.
3. The total estimated cost of this project is $75,000 of which all
or a portion may be assessed.
4. This project shall be combined with the Homestead Drive public
improvement project 1987-30-0.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF MARCH, 1988.
