t t <br />t <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: MAY 2, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Hugo City <br />Hall on Monday, the 2nd day of May, 1988, at 7:00 o'clock <br />P.M., C.T. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson <br />and the following were absent: NONE <br />Councilmember Atkinson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1988- 16 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />$180,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS OF 1988 <br />(SEE MINUTES OF MAY 2, 1988) <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") <br />of the City of Hugo (the "City"), Washington County, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined: <br />(a) That the following assessable public <br />improvement projects (the "Improvements" or the <br />"Project") have been duly ordered by the City <br />and have been constructed by the City or will <br />be constructed under contracts which the City <br />has or will let therefor, all pursuant to and <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429: <br />
